Today, as the CEO of Achieve Labs Inc., David is speaking nationally and internationally within the mobile industry considered by his peers as mobile visionary and strategy expert. David lives in Eagle, Idaho as a true mobile worker and employs a large “mobiForce” including international partners and content specialists.
David Clemons founded LearnCast® with the idea of using mobile technology to create a better more engaging learning methodology for learners. His career includes over twenty years of developing content delivery tools aimed at online students both professionally and in the public school systems. David is an executive partner in LearnKey Inc., known for its “OnlineExpert.com” which is believed to be the first offered online educational portal that included streaming video, delivering assessments and reporting. AOL, University of Phoenix, Sybex, Sylvan Learning Center and McGraw-Hill / Osborne are examples of the customers David brought to LearnKey.
Today, operating from Boise Idaho, his talented mobile team of programmers, IT server experts, marketing, designers and content facilitators believe the next “big thing” is how learners will use mobile technology as a preferred choice over the brick and mortar classroom and that content experts and Authors will deliver learning on the go.
Michael Kroth, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor at the University of Idaho in Adult and Organizational Learning. As a long time internal consultant he developed and administered corporate-level leadership development and succession planning programs, has been the administrator of a corporate foundation, and served as a director of corporate community affairs. He is the Leadership Field Editor for ASTD’s In-Practice on-line newsletter and a member of the National Speakers Association. He is a past member of the ASTD International Program Advisory Committee and has presented at ASTD International Conferences and the European ASTD Conference.
He presents regularly at national and international conferences.
